How do I run multiple scripts separately?

You can run multiple scripts separately if you have Human Emulator Studio or Human Emulator. It is the multi thread versions and it allows run a few scripts at the same time.

If you have one of these versions you need to copy the program into several folders and run each of its with a separate script.
