34/2006, of October 30, on access to the professions of Lawyer and Court Attorney considered it necessary to acquire a professional qualification beyond simply obtaining a university degree, both for the achievement of the professional title of lawyer , as for the professional title of Court Attorney.This professional training process is acquired by passing specialized, regulated and official training, through the completion of training courses, which must necessarily include a period of external internships, which culminates by passing an evaluation.



With the aim of achieving a coherent system for evaluating professional aptitude, which allows the obligatory theoretical-practical training to be assessed with absolute objectivity, which at the same time benefits the applicants, allowing WhatsApp Number List greater agility in the final qualification and therefore in the obtaining the necessary qualifications to practice the profession, and entailing the lowest possible costs, it has been considered appropriate to replace the two-part test format with a single written test of answers or multiple answers with theoretical questions and practical assumptions about real situations to be those that future lawyers and attorneys will face.

It has also been considered appropriate to reconsider the weighting percentages between the grade obtained in the training course and that obtained in the final evaluation, so that this is not the only means of evaluation, but as has been expressed previously, it is part of a set of successive evaluations in the theoretical-practical training period that guarantees that future lawyers and attorneys have acquired the necessary knowledge to prepare them for the exercise of said professions.
