The Operación Triunfo 2020 tour, which at the moment had four dates, has been canceled due to the uncertainty caused by the coronavirus and it being impossible to reschedule the performances. The producer of the program, Gestmusic Endemol, and the companies involved in organizing the tour -TheProject, Get In, Riff Producciones and The Music Republic- have announced the cancellation in a statement and have assured that there have been "many factors" that prevent the celebration of concerts.
The OT 2020 tour was going to start on June 20 at the Palau Sant Jordi in Barcelona , an event that would be followed by concerts in Seville - on the 24th at the Rocío Jurado Auditorium -; Valencia -on the 27th at the Special Data Marina Sur- and Madrid, on July 3 at the Wizink Center. The organizers do not rule out holding a "mass concert in the future" , but it will depend on the evolution of the situation and the rules set by the Ministry of Health. People who have already purchased tickets for one of the concerts will receive their money back in the coming days and by the same payment method they used for their purchase.
